Err...this was supposed to at least look a little like "Kotobuki town" from MMBN 2. I liked that place... 
Err...anyway, It has been grey and so outside almost the whole day, so I went and did this just for fun.
I know the rain effect is a little lame but it was all i could come up with. I tried pretty much...but still...=/ Meh, It´ll do I guess...
I really need to practice backgrounds...o_O
